TEEN CLASSES
Recycle, Restyle, Reuse
Designed just for you, TEENS – this class takes advantage of all the fun fabrics on the market today to spruce up your accessories. Three classes teach techniques and how to use them in oodles of ways.
#1. Reuse a grocery tote bag. Learn to add yo-yo’s to perk up that canvas tote.
#2. Restyle a t-shirt. Brighten up your favorite tee with feasy fabric applique.
#3. Revamp a pillow to fit your personality.
Fun and Funky Sampler Quilt
Create a fun new block each week to create your own version of the sampler quilt. Each block teaches a beginners’ technique for quilting. We will also explore how to use that technique to make other creative projects – like embellishing a t-shirt, making a tote bag or a cool new pillow for your room!

Have it your way!
Learn the basics of hand quilting. Simple, fun projects in an urban “quilting bee” atmosphere! Do a one-time workshop or a series of classes.
Private Lessons
If you are more comfortable getting started with sewing and quilting in a one on one setting, you may be interested in taking private lessons. Schedule sessions to fit your interest and pace.
ADULTS
My First Quilt Class
Beginners learn quilting in a fun, relaxed environment.Each technique learned will build your confidence in the wonderful world of quilting. We will piece one block per week and will end up with a “Sampler” Quilt for you to be proud of!
Yard stick Sewing Basket
A tisket, a tasket, make this adorable basket! Use your favorite fabrics and yardsticks to create a cheerful sewing basket. Easy as 123!
“Tricks and Treats”
Halloween is around the corner! Decorate your home with a spooky wall hanging or table runner, complete with spiders! The Trick –- You can choose any size and shape you want by the size of the backing! The Treat – This is a quilt as you go project, so you will be done in time for all your little goblins!
Baltimore Yo Yo’s
Here is an updated version of the Baltimore Album Quilt! Bright, happy colors and fun-folksy appliqué, along with a few local birds flying in to tell their story. Learn some simple techniques, then use your creativity to “personalize” this quilt. Top it off with as many yo yo’s as you like!
